This company should not be in business. As a business owner myself who has used collection agencies in the past to collect on bad checks, this company does not have standards. I cancelled a hotel room with the hotel rep over the phone and she didn't do her job and cancel on her end. Now I continue to get letters monthly from this collection agency who I explained the circumstances to initially, but who doesn't care. They just want their money without caring if the collection is legit or not. To be clear, I pay my bills. I would never not pay a legitimate bill. Well keep wasting your ink and postage because you will never get a dime out of me. Don't need credit, so have fun for the next seven years wasting your time.
