I’m sure their meats are fine. Be wary of their bread though. I used to deliver it and it is not up to fda standards the way it’s cooked, packaged , and handled. I’ve seen people drop fresh bread on a concrete parking lot and put it back in the box to be served. Take it up with joe. PS. It’s not from Staten Island

Excellent meats, good service. Problem with cleanliness. Guys behind don't seem to clean their hands after touching money. One guy took his cap off to rub sweat from his forehead and went on to wait on the customer. GROSS!

Just had four DELICIOUS ribeyes on the grill. Med-rare..... Yummy. They were tender & juice. I highly recommend this butcher.

I’ve been coming here for the last 27 years, and over the past few years, I notice that the staff becomes more rude as the years go on, and store is dirty. It’s definitely not what it use to be. Such a disappointment.
