Have I meet them no but can call and cry because of the warmth they give you.I can give you names but it really does not matter whom you talk too you are they are your family as much as you are theirs. Great product, super friendly and personal service and support. Mark Garcia went out of his way by shooting a video just for me to demonstrate some connection options I was interested in, Louis the national sales manager (and a master finisher) readily helped me out with technical advice, and Skylar the owner reached out to me with a thank you note after meeting him at a specialty class. As for the sander, once you lay your hands on it and see how it handles detailed profiles, you are pretty much sold.
The surfprep sander is so a versatile and easy to use. My hand doesn’t go numb after sanding for a while. I have the 3x4 and I love the foam pads. It doesn’t ruin the edges or detailed pieces. It’s worth the price to have it turn out right.
Recently bought the 3x4 model. I’ve used it on exterior doors and cabinet jobs so far and the performance has been outstanding. Still getting used to the wide range of abrasives available. Customer service has been excellent! May add another one soon.
Amazing company , they take customer service to next level . I have seen them answer calls at 8-10 pm even later ( if you can wait till morning I would appreciate you for them lol) but great owners , and a great sanding system. Skylar , Louis , Hannah are amazing to work work they even took time to meet at our shop.
Excellent products, bought a 3x4 electric Ray, purchased another immediately. Time saver yes, quality of finish due to precision of orbit and exceptional abrasives is the biggest selling point to me. Very good products and customer support.
