I have dealt with Andrew for about 2 years now and I even bought a new box recently in August and he stands behind his products and always patiently helps me resolve any problems. He also updated the software on the new box as per his guarantee. I will continue dealing with him and he is also very prompt at responding to inquiries. He also gives back to the community / food bank from sales proceeds towards the end of the year which I think is very noble!
