I personally had a horrible experience consistent with some of the reviews below. I had windows installed in my house which is only 5 years old and the windows have began to leak water into the house through the windows. It took 2 weeks of my time before I could get a service person from AVS to come take a look and attempt to fix it. Why did this take so long? Likely because only the owner has the authority to arrange these service calls. When I asked the service person what the issue was, he basically said the windows weren’t installed/sealed correctly.... well great cause you were the ones who installed it. After this issue was supposedly fix, I experienced water leaking in from the windows again 2 weeks later. Now I’m trying to contact the company to arrange a service person to come in again and of course the owner, Navi Sandhu would not pick up any of my calls nor return my emails. Highly not satisfied with this company, and I ask that all home owners/builders should avoid this company at all cost.

had a great experience with AVS they came and measured the window, and installed new screens on our front windows and other windows throughout the house. They all look amazing!! Thanks AVS!!
As a builder, I highly recommend AVS Windows & Doors! I am rating five stars on their quality, material, design and customer service. The company has invited us to their office and provided us with great guidance on using their products. Wonderful service, high quality and good price. i never knew AVS before, I searched on Internet and contacted them. I first read the reviews and was a bit concern . But after my first order for the home in Queensborough ,New West, we were very happy with the great quality, low prices. we then made another order for our other home in New West and one in Vancouver and the windows all came in as expected . I dealt with the salesman , named Kail and he was wonderful : professional, and willing to assist. AVS has a very competitive prices and great quality.
Terrible customer service. We got a double front door installed from them. At first they took forever to get the door to us even after taking half of the amount in advance. The door arrived unfinished and they told us that we would have to paint the door ourselves which we did by paying someone 400. The installation was horrible. The door would not shut properly the day after it was installed. After weeks of trying to reach them they told us that it was \our\ problem not theirs. We took them to small claims court where the judge ordered them to go and fix the door to our satisfaction. They did but a few months later the problem persisted. They claimed in court that they only supplied the door and we hired our own installer. The judge did not believe them as there were holes in their story. NEVER EVER HIRE THESE GUYS!! UNPROFESSIONAL and in our case a bunch of liars.
