I love A&W I love the food and everything about A&W. But the experience of me buying food in this store for the first time made me so disappointed. The girl was a bit rude and annoyed. She gave me the wrong order, instead of 3 burgers she only got me 2 burgers, when I asked “oh you only gave me 2, I can pay again” she immediately felt annoyed, and when I asked can I have some ketchup please? She turned to the back and grabbed me 2 little bags of ketchup and walked away immediately, ( I think she rolled her eyes at me, cause my mom saw) I said thank you and went out of the store. I mean I still love A&W but not the attitude that you are giving me.

This is a newer location, clean and following Covid protocols. Service was great even though they seemed to be pretty busy. Portions (e.g. sides) are more generous than at other locations.

I always go to A&W for their tasty meat burgers wrapped in lettuce, as I'm on the KETO diet. But today was my first time in the Morgan Crossing location and they gave me a free KETO friendly chocolate bar with asking if I was on the Keto diet. I'm assuming they just guessed due to the lettuce wrapped burger. That's awesome customer service. Just hoping this is not just a Morgan Crossing thing. No wonder property out here is expensive.
