I was there for a concussion treatment 2 years ago, and I only have words of gratefulness to all the team of BIM, they help me a lot, they were caring and understanding, they have/had an excellent team. I will recomend this institution to anybody that goes through a concussion, do not expect to come out of treatment totally healed because with a concussion take time to go back to ormal\ and sometimes there are other physical traumas that need to heal too.

I have worked with Anjali A. PT and Andrea A. OT. They were very polite, patient and understanding. They both went out of their way to understand and help me with every issues I had due to my injury. I gave 4 stars because I also experienced rudeness and unprofessional attitude. I wont name the therapist ,but it really shows because of one person how much it can affect on your day ,mood and wellness.

Curtious front desk staff. I've been receiving treatment from Harvinder. I really appriciate the level of care.

Rehabilitation is not the priority here. Avoid the Surrey location if you can. They are very disorganized! They don't value helping their clients. No compassion for the pain, suffering or recovery of their clients.

I was mostly recovered before I started, after 6 weeks I had to quit because their treatment brought back all of my symptoms, the treatment left me with chronic neck pain, sciatica, and numbness in my arm. A yearater and I'm still dealing with it. If I could afford a retainer I would have already been trying to circumvent the liability forms they made me sign. They're badly managed, understaffed, and the clinic looks like it belongs in a third world country. Most of their business comes from work safe because they're very cheap. In regards to you never told response from the owner below. I will not be contacting your clinic manager, nor any of your staff. A friendly response on Google reviews does undo the the damage the negligence of this clinics ownership did.
