Brought in my Audi suv for a wheel patch as it had a hole in the tire. They removed the rim and tire and repaired it. Brought it home to find it scratched up. Called them and asked about it , said bring it in and will look at it. Brought it back up and they said there machine could not have done it . I had taken pictures of the wheels previously before them removing with time stamps. \we don't guarantee not scratching wheels \ But your a wheel and tire shop ? this shouldn't happen. \itll polish out\ no itll be a 200 bill from panther for a resurface. Will never ever do business there again.
I would highly recommend this place for your tire needs. I was helped by Kevin who was very professional and helpful. Their prices are hard to beat. I found my new tire guys !
If you ever run a flat and you need good quality service with good turn around time Kevin is the guy to talk to. Have had multiple wheel problems and kevin has been able to adapt to my needs each time. Would definitely reccommend coming to BC Tires Auto Pro to friends and family.
