Had an AWESOME experience here. Sandwich was super delicious! The customer service here is definitely an 11/10! Had a fun time with the staff BRANDEE, DANIEL, and REECE, hearing a lot of jokes. It’s a pretty chill environment to be in! Will definitely be eating here again! MULTIPLE TIMES!
Had the 1/2 lbs corned beef sandwich. Tasty meat but I paid 14. Way overpriced. Had to go to the A&W next door to grab a burger. That sandwich should have been 7. Funny thing is I got the pickle because I asked for it after I paid. Otherwise no pickle. Yikes.
My review is based off this location and not big star as a whole. they have fantastic sandwiches, i’ve had them many many times without complaint and i don’t mind paying the price because it’s all really good fresh ingredients... with that being said tonight my husband went in to this empty location, while paying he opted not to tip for obvious reasons ( it’s not a sit down server type restaurant) the girl at the counter scoffed at the fact that he didn’t tip, out loud scoffed, which is extremely poor behaviour. then while my husband was waiting for our order ( zero other customers in store) your employee tells him angrily to move out of the way? he asked for what and she said my customer... there wasn’t anyone else in the store ? was she being rude because he didn’t tip? since when is a tip expected for fast food? you don’t tip at mcdonald’s, quiznos, wendy’s, triple os, why is this employee acting like this? .... there were two girls working tonight one was very pleasant before this girl came out.
Stopped by this cute place, very clean and love the vibe. Using social distancing precaution, was very important to us. ***Let me just say that I'm a very picky sandwich eater*** This place has so many selections you dont really know where to start! I got the #4 combo (can't remember what's in it) but OMGoodness! It was fantastic! Staff was helpful, and kind. It was a bit pricey but overall very good.
