Ok food but prices are too high for what you get. Fast food shouldn't be 50 for two people. Better quality than McDonald's for example but nothing special. Never enough staff. Long line ups. Long wait for food. There is always one guy at the counter and one guy in the back and 10 customers waiting for food. The tables are always dirty. Seems they are far too busy to wipe them down. Awful poutine. No cheese curds. Just some white melted cheese. The gravy looks reddish like BBQ sauce. I love the milkshakes. My boyfriend says the burgers are great. I don't eat burgers myself. We eat there on rare occasion but can't justify the price.

The place is nice and follows covid protocols. Staff is great but the tables need to be sanitized after every use. Tables were not cleaned when I needed one. Otherwise food was great and staff were friendly.
Always love getting food from Carl's Jr. I'd say it is a bit more than the average fast food places but, it is definitely higher quality. The food has always been great and the service is the same way. Their milkshakes are one of the best from a fast food place.
Went to try the new Bacon Cheddar Melt. Extremely disappointed with this. Barely any cheese for a "melt". Don't bother with this waste of money.
I ordered the new bacon melt, usually they are nice and cheesy/saucy...this was not the case. About the same amount if you buttered the bun :( longer wait - they could have more than one person working at the front. Nice employees though. Just wish the burger was worth the wait...
This place is great. Great quality food, always hot and super tasty. Price is pretty reasonable given the quality. Never had a bad meal from here, and they have this great deal where you can get 2 cheeseburgers 2 fries and 2 drinks for 10. Crazy good value. Would highly recommend.
This is an "above average" burger joint. When I say above average, I mean typically it is of higher quality than McDonald's, Burger King Wendy's etc. However compared to other quality burger joints I found the food to be mediocre. Location is convenient with plenty of parking. There is seating available even during COVID. I found the food to be a little underwhelming. Not sure if I'll be back.
Fantastic burgers, fries and old fashioned handmade shakes. Wish the one on 176 St. hadn't closed...
