Was buying 15 cinnamon buns for nurses and doctors in hospital, was told that, during the pandemic, the owner has imposed a 50 cent charge per bun to have them individually packed, which would not have been charged if I only bought one. Imagine how depraved you would have to be to 1) charge people for proper sanitation in a pandemic; 2) not make an exception and profit off the need to keep people safe in a hospital. Absolutely despicable.

I cannot fathom the idea that someone would give cinnzeo anything less than 4 stars. This store sells the best cinnamon buns I've ever had and I've had a lot. I'm literally addicted to these buns. However, I will admit that every once in a while you'll end up with an under or over cooked one and you just gotta let that go. Life's too short to be upset, just get another one some other time.
Quite possibly the worst service experience we have ever had. Our cinnamon bun bites were clearly stale, so I asked for a refund. The staff called the manager, I assume to ask if she should in fact give me back my 6.05. Once off the phone she went to talk/laugh about the situation with the other staff member, whom was seemingly more senior - and named Nicole. After a few moments of watching them laugh and whisper to each other, my husband asked them what is happening. Nicole looked at him and stated extremely rudely "uh, we are giving you your money back". I told her that perhaps she might want to work on her customer service skills. To the owner of this store, you may want to have a chat with Nicole and remind her that she is in a customer service job, and that politeness and manners are important if you want return business.
If I could give it zero stars, I would. Two extremely rude teenagers working on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to get either a different roll or have my money refunded because the one I received was stale and hard. Was snapped at by the girl running the till saying “It’s FOOD. I can’t refund or exchange food.” There are way better places in Guildford to get a treat so I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere!
Stopped by the location in Guildford mall. The cinnamon buns didnt seem fresh which took away from the experience. Probably wouldnt stop by again for a while.
one of the best tasting cinnaroll ever! super fresh, clean environment and most importantly best costumer service ever brought at a bakery store.
So tasty ,,yummy yummy yeah,Nicole is really friendly and nice .
