I had ordered two dresses online and the items hadn't been shipped for a few days so I called to check in on the order. Unfortunately one of the dresses had actually been back ordered, but the employee that helped me jumped on the problem right away and made sure my order was partially refunded and the dress that was available was immediately shipped! Awesome customer service, super happy!!

I don’t really shop anywhere else for clothes anymore! Anytime I am wearing something from Crush I get asked where it’s from. Alaina and her employees go above and beyond in customer service. I remember one holiday season I wanted a hot blanket and I called and she sold it to me right over the phone as I couldn’t get there. Knowing I would sell quickly in store. Top notch.
