The Crystal at York Banquet Hall in Surrey is a great place for hosting events. They have excellent food quality and the team on the ground goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. Our community has hosted several events there and we have always been happy with their service. Recently we had to cancel an event due to some tragical earthquake back home and the managment of Crystal at York were so gracious to refund the deposit and earmark it to go toward the earthquake relief. We will definitely do business with them in the future.

Good services! Shortages of food; as per guests list they did not provide with enough food. They should be careful with serving it and estimate carefully, most people did not get enough chicken. Looks like they are very miser and save their own money rather than satisfying their guests. This is not acceptable. If food was enough served I would have given 4-5 stars rating.

Had my wedding reception here for over 500 guest. The food and service was excellent. Owner is super responsive when handling any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Review by: Sabina Firoz We hosted a lunch for 130 people. The space was well lit and well decorated. Rishav, the banquet manager, went above and beyond - the appetizers and lunch were served on time with just the right amount of space in between. He was generous enough to throw in extra appies. The lunch was absolutely delicious and the presentation was excellent [especially the way the tawa sabji was served]. He made sure there were enough servers. The servers were very attentive and came by many time to serve tea and drinks. It was a wonderful experience and a huge thanks to Rishav for making it a success.
