I couldn’t have been more happy with my appointment yesterday. I was greeted by a very friendly knowledgeable Office Assistant. They have a very well thought out prescreening and my temperature was checked. My hygenist was super friendly, very thorough and gave me a total pain free cleaning. I felt nervous going for a cleaning during Covid but I was immediately put at ease with their high level of precautions. Meeting my new Dentist Michelle was a pure joy. Very friendly, super professional and I knew immediately this was a good fit. I highly recommend this team at Elgin Corners. Very impressive!

I followed Dr.Liu from Waves because she is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s sweet, compassionate and very gentle. Lisa is a wonderful receptionist and Kassie (I hoped I spelled it right) is super nice and helpful. It’s a warm welcoming environment and even if I were to end up moving further afield I’d make the trip back to Dr.Liu every time.

From the first consult to to final delivery, I felt that she treats her patients with the care, expertise and gentle good nature that she would a family member. When you attend her office at Elgin Corners, you will experience the caring culture of the clinic and the manner in which the team is treated. This is a good indication for the care that you too will receive. Five stars

I had my first filling and I wasn't sure what to expect and what I made up in my own mind was not what it actually was. When Dr.Nick pulled out the needle for the freezing, it is safe to say that I got a bit anxious and scared. I am honestly blown away at how well they handled me. Himself and his dental assistant calmed me down, gave me time (not rushed at all!!) and literally walked me through all the steps during the whole process. (and held my hand when I cried..) I have seriously never had such good service or had a dentist that cared so much about my mental-well being. I never once felt like a "transaction", they made me feel comfortable and calm. The only regret I have is not going here sooner. I can't say I love going to the dentist but the staff here (reception, assistant, hygienist and doctors), literally everyone make it 100 times better! If you are looking for a dental office I highly recommend trying this one out! I would have 10 stars if I could!

Such an amazing team here! They assisted us in an emergency situation just prior to their closing time. They kept their doors open when all other clinics turned us away.
