Loris and his crew painted our entire Condo. We've had some not so good experiences with Trades in the past; this one was exceptional! From start to finish, Loris was focused on excellence. His communication and responsiveness was great. His workmanship was first class and his price was very reasonable. Overall, we're very satisfied and we recommend Loris without hesitation. Loris and his team provided interior and exterior painting services related to the construction of a tilt-up concrete shop and office building that I helped to manage. Loris was always friendly and positive, and he was very responsive if I had any questions or comments. He worked hard to colour match certain colours that were difficult to match. He was very fair in how he charged for any extras/changes. He was very determined to make sure that the owner was pleased with the results, and he was quick to correct any areas that needed improvement. Loris and his team were very flexible in terms of working around the timelines of other trades, especially considering that they had a lot of other work on the go.
Loris was referred to me by a good friend to paint the interior of my Condo . I took a chance and was not disappointed . Loris came the next day and we agreed on a price . Everything had to be done . From the ceiling to the baseboards . Loris and his team covered up and protected all my furniture and floors before they started working . I am really pleased how it all turned out and would recommend Elma Painting for any interior and/or exterior work .
