Paul has gone above and beyond for me and I can’t express how happy I am! Had my car wrapped and it came out beautifully! I’ll be recommending everyone to him! The only reputable shop in town I swear!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Empire Performance Group has me convinced that I need to warn others of Paul’s shoddy craftsmanship, poor communication skills and refusal to offer refunds. I bought a 2018 Jeep Rubicon in October 2018 and decided to have Paint Protection Film applied to it to protect the paint, and at the recommendation of a friend, chose Paul at Empire Performance Group to do the work. Over the course of the four months and three appointments it took him to do the job, he caused an estimated 6-10,000 in damage to the car. At the first appointment, while applying the wrap, Paul cut it into shape while it was on the body of the car, leaving deep scratches. The poor application also left bubbles in the wrap. I asked for a refund, since he had greatly reduced the value of my brand new car by scratching it, but he refused. The estimated cost of the damage is 6-10,000, which I can’t afford after buying the car and paying for Paul’s shoddy service. I asked him to at least fix the scratches; he agreed. Over the next three months, Paul was difficult to contact to set up appointments to fix the damage he’d caused (including long delays in responses and cancelling an appointment with less than 12 hours’ notice), and although I brought the car back to his shop twice after the initial visit, Paul has yet to fix the scratches. Paul vandalized my vehicle, wasted my time and money, and is clearly incompetent. I do not recommend getting any work done at Empire Performance Group.
Great guy, understanding and willing to fix any problems with his work! Had my STI done there, but sadly had to bring it back to get some touch-ups done - mainly because I was one of first pioneer cars using a new brand of wrap (INOZETEK), so that's understandable. Only complaint is that I think he takes on more of a workload than he can handle, and I would maybe consider hiring one extra capable worker, that can also wrap - sometimes he's a bit hard to get ahold of, because of this reason and sometimes deadlines are not met. That being said, I would still totally recommend Paul and his 2 man crew. They're willing to get the job done, and in the end, make sure it's right Good job boys, and keeps it up.
Great experience. Happy with the end result. Alerted me to previous damage I was unaware of, which is great. Good price too, can’t complain. Will be back here when I can find an excuse to :). Thanks Paul!
