As an owner of a small pizza restaurant in Alberta, I strive to keep suppliers local such as Broxburn Farms, Alberta Cheese Co. & others. I looked at using Evergreen whom supply through Sysco, a large American company. Their product is listed as a local producer but, comes from Mexico! and only packaged in BC. Not what most people would call local and totally misleading by both Sysco & Evergreen. Quality was the same as Sysco brand, poor.
