I've been to this location twice now. The first time I was getting my watch fitted and they were very helpful and fast while I was dealing with a crazy toddler. The second time we had to bring my husband's damaged watch back that was discontinued. They offered an upgrade and applied the price we paid for the original watch. Welcoming and efficient both times

Love Fossil bags and jewellery, but today my daughter bought herself a wallet and had it embossed, and it turned out terrible!! The letters weren't centered and the lady didn't even ask what colour we wanted, so now you can barely see her initials but it's the same colour as the wallet and it's off to one side. I mean, how hard can it be when the Fossil logo is centered, right? Not only that, they gave us a gift box that was bent, so I dont know what they were really doing there. I should have not accepted it but the lady said when we purchased the wallet that once it's embossed, there's no return. So I guess she did this terrible job on purpose and just wanted a bad review?!? I will think twice next time about embossing my products from Fossil.
Had a wonderful experience! Rupinder was so nice and is so much experienced! She helped me pick a really nice watch for a gift and suggested such good matching bands! My cousin loved the whole gift! Will be back to buy another watch from her soon!
I just Love my Fossil bag. Nadish was really helpful , positive and patient. He is really big asset to the store. Definitely will go to this location again .
