Went to get a print out from previous bloodwork. In this covid time it is extremely frustrating to be handled as cattle. Would not even help without a mask and told me to buy one next door before they would even answer any other questions. Dr Pather is our GP and a great Doc. just disappointed by the front desk staff. Friendliness is only a smile away.

After a phone call to the clinic to explain i only went to get a mask. I was told geee that’s too bad your late now... how do you check in with out a mask then your late. When the appointment was made no one at that time said a mask was needed.. Thanks I’ll go to a a real doctors office. Where your not ignored

The doctors are great and very informative but unfortunately the front desk staff can be a little cold. Went there early morning during their scheduled hours. Their sign said OPEN but no one was there and the lights were off. I sat in my car for 15-20 minutes watching people walk up to the door and realizing they werent in. Like...who even turned on the open sign? Or maybe they left it on. Or maybe the souls of the departed haunt its hallways, forever in wait for their annual check up.

I used to be a patient for Dr. Pather but decided to switch my family doctor because I was getting too frustrated going to that clinic. Here are my reasons. 1. Even making a appointment I still wait 30 minutes. 2. Even if Dr. Pather was my family doctor he will not give me multiple prescriptions. Instead he will ask you to make another appointment. 3. One appointment he spent the time renewing his car insurance and then said he did not have enough time to do my other prescriptions. 4. I went to him for a eye injury that was work related and he did not want to help because he had to wait for payment from WCB. His clinic made me drive to the hospital with one eye. 5. If you do not see Dr. Pather every couple months he will not consider being your family doctor. Being healthy does not make him money. As a professional doctor us as parients should not not have to deal with this.

The doctor I had today was ok, but front desk reception staff just bad... Rude and no patience( a blonde lady, I don't know her name) how can a clinic hire a person like this...
