After more than 20 years, my dad's Beam central vacuum system recently broke down and it seemed like the motor had stopped working. I called and visited several different vacuum retail and repair shops. Kevin of Fraser Hwy Vacuums was the only person who took the time to fully understand the situation. Instead of trying to sell me a new unit right away, he asked me a few questions about our unit. In the end, he advised me to bring the unit in so he can confirm whether the motor was indeed malfunctioning. He even gave us directions on how to dismount the unit. When he inspected the motor and confirmed that it needed to be replaced, he patiently explained our different options. The motor was replaced efficiently and with super speed. I highly recommend Fraser Hwy Vacuums!
