I reserved an order online. I got an email saying it was good to go. I then checked my phone and saw a missed call from these clowns. I proceeded to call back and the person who answered was really rude. Basically said "what do you want". I told her and she transferred me to a department. They answered ( I heard talking in the background) Then it stopped and phone started ringing again. This was answered by the person who just transferred me! She started laughing and said " Oh did they hang up on you" In a really stupid immature voice. You are all useless bottom feeding individuals who should be fired for your horrible customer service.

Service in person is not so great. Its much better in best-buy nearby. Dealing with their staff was not pleasant experience.

I wish I bought my computer somewhere else. I bought a brand new computer here and they gave me a broken one. I gave it back to them to fix, and it's still broken. I tried calling them for help, and they didn't answer. If you're going to buy something, don't get it here. This place is horrible. Service is bad, products are sold broken, they don't even pick up their damn calls.

Worst customer service. Girl at customer service counter walked away while we were mid conversation . I asked another clerk where she went and she said she'll be back in a minute. I said really, she walks away while serving a customer? I left without being helped and will not be back to this or any other Surrey locations as this is my 2nd poor service at this location and 3rd all together for Surrey locations in general. Two thumbs down.

THE EMPLOYEE ACCUSED ME OF STEALING! i went in with my murse (a purse for men) and i had a phone call which means i had open my murse to answer it. after talking on the phone, i held the phone in my hand while proceeding in my shopping. one of the computer tech guy came by and asked if i needed any help. i thought that was very nice of him but i replied," ooh no, its ok im jus deciding on how long to the hdmi cord should be." After i replied, he asked why my "purse" was open and demanded to see what was inside. I felt he had no right to search my murse so i sed no until he raises his voice and calling me a theft. after that remark, i decided to let him see wat i had which was nothing from the store but i totally forgot i had a pack of condom. he gave me a weird look wen he found the condom and allow me to continue my shopping. i notice he was secretly following me until i headed to the cashier. I have never been so offended. Nver going back!!

Like most Future Shop locations, one should go in knowing what they need, from where. Staff is perpetually uninvested in helping you, unless it's to sell you a warranty you don't need.

BAD EXPERIENCE! I bought a Cd from them with my debit card and everything seemed to go through except the cashiers till had froze, and he had said the transaction didnt go through...so he made me pay again and also said that if I did get double charged ( which I did) they would refund me at 9 p.m. Well needless to say I never got refunded and now Im waiting for them to email my bank to get my money back which will take 3 business days. If they say the till froze on them and ask you to pay again... DONT DO IT
