Paint desk cant get my small can of paint to stop overflowing. Doesn't greet customers, and doesn't explain himself well. Only one till open. Customers lined up most of the length of the store. Update: I called to ask if they'd sorted the problem with the mixer. The woman said that person didnt know what he was doing; he wasn't usually on the paint counter. So I came back in. There was no one on the paint counter, so following instructions on the sign I asked a cashier to page someone. She said she would, so I waited... A gentleman came by and asked if we were being helped. I explained the situation and he said he didnt think she could page someone ( I hadn't heard anyone get paged). He said the woman must be on break so hed try to get someone, so I waited... Finally, the woman comes back. I mention I had called earlier, she remembers, and I tell her my paint colour, the gent6earlier in the day having taken my sample card and written my phone number on the back _ never to call. She didn't recognize it so I grab another card from the display wall and show her. She tells me the Rona paints are discontinued and they dont have those. I point out that they are still on display. She says "there just there to give people some6to look at" Not finding another colour from those available that came close, I left. I have nothing kind to say about this store location.
