I hate to do this but needed to give a feedback, and hope you guys change. I have been using your services as it is close to my clinic (Newgen). I have not had any reason to complain about your service until now. I just left this outlet now and phew! Very troubled with the level of service, and bashing I received especially from the female supervisor. I called in that I may run in late and got a very positive and amiable response. Drove in just at about 5:31pm. Waited to be ushered in since I was late, but saw the lights being turned off. I called again and was asked to come in. I complained that I was actually standing outside but that ended up being my nemesis! The female supervisor kept on arguing (heatedly with a client over no just cause, even when the client kept on asking you to give him his prescription???) I had to ask that my prescription be given back to me so that I can have my peace, and she hastily obliged! Thankfully, I have options but I will still take this up officially with the Agency.

I had to ask the pharmacist multiple times what the side effects possible are from my medication and all she could tell me was drowsiness and I know there are many others... I finally just walked out as I don't have time to spend if they can't even give me a serious consult... She was also receiving goods and doing other paperwork while dealing with me... Pretty bad
