We bought this bed for our 20 year old son who was ready to \graduate\ from his twin bed. The packages arrived exactly as scheduled with all pieces in tact. We needed more storage and as he wanted the bed next to the wall, we did not have room for under-bed storage drawers. This bed is perfect for our space and easy to use, It took him 1-2 hours to put together by himself using a battery-operated screwdriver. He only needed a 2nd set of hands to be able to correctly attach the hydraulic lift under the bed. With the mattress on it is easy to lift and takes 2 hands to lower but not a lot of force to lower. Highly recommended: )

We bought this for our upstairs playroom/loft area.The price can't be beat and the look was what I was wanting. The quality seems pretty good especially considering the price. Fast delivery service. Not too difficult to setup. The sofa is quite firm but still comfortable. Overall we are very happy with this! High Sun deserves 5 stars rating.

We came here looking for a new mattress via a friend's recommendation and we were so pleased that we did. We had first shopped around at The Brick and another local Foam Mattress & bedroom furniture store but the customer service and the products were top notch here. The person who sold us the mattress was honest and knowledgeable. He did not try to upsell us, and he explained each and every product and how their business operates, and how they have been doing business for many years. We ended up getting an Italian memory foam mattress at a very reasonable price. We also got a mattress pad that has been a really good purchase. They set up the delivery for us and had it delivered the very next day and picked up our old mattress. Great buy!
07/Jun I visited this store twice in May-2019. I really like the collection. On my first interaction, I was dealt with Susan, the store in charge. She was nice and friendly. Because of her friendly attitude, I decided to move ahead and confirm the order. But when I visited the store on 22/May for the second time, Susan was on leave and we were greeted by a different person because. We didn't like the behavior of that person because he refused to take our order, so I came back and rated this store one out of 5, and gave a review, which you may read below. I also wrote an email to their corporate office, from where Mr. James called me and was able to handle the situation and not only helped us get the desired product, but he offered a good recommendation and 2 small goodies as Goodwill gesture. For me doing mistake is human nature and normal, but the one who rectifies the mistakes in a nice and decent manner is considered good culture and value, which Mr. James has shown us. Changing my rating now to 5. 23/May Disrespectful behavior by the store attendant. Not once or twice but 3-4 times by using inappropriate statement for the customer. I spent a lot of time in this shop to finalize the order. The order was final, as were about to make payment, the person refused to process the order. I am ready to give another chance to this store. I will still purchase the selected items today, if the store attendant calls and apologize for his behaviors.
