Awesome iconic store tied to over 300 years of history in Canada. Still has great name bands and good sales. Like a lot of retail it's going through challenging times, but still worth supporting. Hope to see them make to 400 years!

Wow I cannot believe what a total disgrace this location of the Bay is. This was the scene in the men's dress wear department today. And they wonder why their business is failing... What a dump!
Extremely poor quality jewellery. Spent almost 200 on a real gold chain and charm, only to have it snap in half after only a month of having it. Took it to the repair shop in the bay only to tell me that they cannot fix it as the chain has snapped in 3 different places when they tried to repair it. I contacted customer service, and as it has been "past the 30 days" they can't offer me anything. Now I have no use for the chain, and have wasted 200. Don't purchase jewellery from here.
I had a good walk around the Bay, hadn't been inside a store for a long time! Was looking for sheets for our new bed but there wasn't anything that would work for us, plus everything was too expensive!!! I did however spy a lovely jacket for myself that makes me feel all toaststy and warm, like a nice soft teddy bear! It was on a sale rack and then there was a littleore off at the check-out, such a deal! Yahoo for me!!!
Here staff member, Ms. Lemina, from the watch service repair, department station of Hudson's bay, did a gesture of pure kindness by having her assistance to have my portable thermometer opened. Thank you very much!

Really good option for fragrance shoes jeans and formal wear. Too many brand to choose. Help is really hard to find may be store is too big.
