Hi. Its Ashkan. I have been in vancouver since 28Jan 2020. I have been waiting for my PR card for more than 3 months but it is not received yet. In this bad condition, living without ID cards, job, government supports is very bad and I'm experiencing financial difficulties. I have applied for electrician course before social distancing and I'm studing now. I thought I will receive my PR and can apply for BC Card to fill up the students loan. But till I don't have my PR CARD, I can't do any thing. Please consider and recognize my bad situation and help me Best regards
The last time I called IRCC, they were very helpful in answering my questions about my immigration clients' applications being processed. I will certainly call them again when I require clarification for my client in a timely manner.

This place is useless They never ever answer your question Even CIC something I applay for Canadian citizenship 3.3 years but they are not answering my questions I don’t know what’s going on they, They said we send your applications to vancouver but they are so busy and they send your applications to surrey location unfortunately this location is closed they are not open!
