Top to bottom the best dealership around. I spent weeks looking for the perfect Jeep. I couldn’t make a deal at any dealer despite weeks of back and forth. George at JP Chrysler gave me exactly what I asked for, it took 15 minutes to reach an agreement on a brand new Jeep. Guy is straight to the point and A in customer service. His manager Paul was awesome, super nice, seemed to go out of his way to make the experience great. Financing department was the best I’ve ever dealt with (and I’m in finance) Danielle and Clayton got the financing approved in a matter of hours when it took others days for an estimate. I know who I’ll refer 100% of car shoppers too,. Considering dropping by just to visit that’s how great the environment is at JP. Would give 6 stars if I could. Keep it up guys, your customers definitely appreciate it.

We had a really pleasant experience with everyone we dealt with in purchasing our new truck. Taryn was our salesperson who gave us a really good deal and was not pushy and had a very easy relaxed attitude, which matches my wife and I. We had dealings with the service manager Paul who was also very nice and easy to deal with and Clayton the finance guru who was very quick and helpful getting our financing sorted. To sum it up, all-in-all it was a great experience from start to finish.

I had one of the best car dealership experience at JPChrysler. Very good environment and didn't feel obligated or pressured into closing a deal that I was uncomfortable with. Taryn and Paul were very accommodating and catered to my needs. The two of them as a team managed to get me a deal that I couldn't pass up on. Finance team was great as well. I went to get a Ram 1500 and got a great deal at Jim Pattison Chrysler. I was welcomed by sales rep Preetam and he found me the truck I was looking for with the price I was hoping to get. He showed me all the different features and gave me more knowledge for all the different trucks they had. I will also like to thank Andy and Paul for working with us to get this truck at the best price. Best dealership I’ve ever been to and will highly recommend this dealership.
