Feb 18 my husband and I picked up our 4th used car from Jonker honda. We have great faith in this dealership. We have always purchased with Byron and have found everyone we've dealt with has been very professional. When it came time to switch our license plates we realized that we had forgotten to remove the rivet my husband had put in both of them, (we have had a plate stolen in the past). It was about 5:15 pm when we were trying to get the plates off, one of the technicians came out with his lunch bag heading home. His name was Tyler and he saw our predicament and gladly returned to the service department and came out with a drill. In seconds Tyler had them removed for us. I tried to give him a small monetary compensation but he flatly refused. We really appreciated his help, I know what its like when you're finally out the door on your way home. Many many thanks Tyler.

Had a very very bad experience with sales, they are only nice to you knowing if you are going to book one right off the bat, else you will shown the door. Don't bother its not a HONDA experience, When I went in shopping for a car on a cold snowy valentine weekend morning everything went well until the moment, I said I needed to discuss with my family. I hadn't even test driven the car yet and they wanted money on the table. The sales person Thomas Chang literally snatched the price calculation papers which I was still reading, so mean and further didn't offer to apologize nor the dealership or sales manager Alan Chung come out, even though he was all sweet talking only moments ago as though we were BFF. Awful people against Honda policy ---- only sellers and pushers.

I just purchased a really nice used Honda Fit from Jonker Honda and had a really good experience all around. I've never dealt with dealers before, and have stuck to private car sales on CL and through friends, and have been pretty skeptical about dealerships. However, here at Jonker I was able to test drive the vehicle a couple times, and negotiate a price point that I felt reflected the value of the car based on what type of car it was, it's condition, and on my research online. I came away happy with the price point, and assured that they were going to take care of me long term. They fully went over the vehicle from top to bottom and fixed everything that needed to be fixed on it, inc. putting brand new tires on it. I'm walking away with a car that will be very reliable for many years to come. Thanks guys.
