I love how the staff sounds so lovely and friendly on the phone and that I get to know their names each time. I’ve talk to Lisa & Natalie and on the day of examination for Chip, Dr. Hugh was so caring too. I love how Natalie took good care of Chip and give him compliments on his good behaviour and how brave he is during the exam and vaccine. Greatly appreciated. Definitely will recommend this place to my network. Thank you.

Excellent experience with staff and veterinarian. Knowledgeable, felt like I could ask them anything and was continually asked if I had any more concerns or questions. They gave me options of what could be done but were not pushy to over treat. Gave me wonderful suggestions on what could be the problem never judgmental. Veterinarian could relate to my concerns and was very empathetic about our situation. Will continue to visit them whenever I'm in need of care for my pet. Thank you for being so kind to us.
Kennedy Heights is the best vet i have ever experienced. Each person I have seen is extremely professional and personable. I am so grateful to have such devoted people who take such amazing care of my unique pets. It is incredible that they provide a points service that you can redeem towards next visits and discounts and so forth. I appreciate each and every person working here. They always go above and beyond and I will keep going for a lifetime of pet ownership. Took great care of our boy Rolo.
We've recently admitted our first bunny with them. And with the experience will also go through with our second. the staff follow proper covid protocols, are very animal friendly and also nice to humans. They are professional and record all information and are very thorough. All I can say is I'm extremely satisfied with their level of care and service. Would definitely recommend everyone to give it a try. It's easily accessible as well.
