Found a car I liked and Dario was friendly and helpful with 2 fixes. Warranty was never sent to me and was promised a couple of times, also handed a brochure to get familiar with coverage before purchase. Now ignoring my txt. Pretty sure he will have "reasonable" excuse for it. Paperwork was very confusing with many mistakes. Insurance guy was given documents from different vehicle than the one I was buying so he had to redo everything. Good thing I noticed it before signing as model name is pretty similar but totally different size and capacity. Tires were mentioned as new in carguru and while thread is pretty decent , one sidewall is completely destroyed with a couple of cm diameter crater of rubber missing, just inner casing exposed. After complain Dario said there's no point changing tire as it's holding air and "totally safe". Also Carguru add says car comes with navigation and there's no module built in, i can live without it but still. Anyways I could be more careful and enjoy the car without bitterness but feel like sharing so someone might find it helpful.

Darius is probably the definition of a shifty car sales men DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE EVER there is NO warranty that he offers and NONE of the work his company does is correct you will end up spending FAR MORE than you would ever expect because these cars ARE NOT SAFE To respond to Darius bellow this was a warranty that YOU offered not a warranty from the manufacturer and work that was done by your mechanic he did stop trying to pass the blame onto someone else it was YOUR mechanics fault after reading all the other reviews its truly shocking that you're still in business

It was truly a great experience.! I was looking for an affordable and clean car for myself and they provide me with various options which were priced reasonably. Dario was awesome, not pushy, answered all my questions and finally bought my Mercedes B 200. This family business with its friendly atmosphere is highly recommended and all of the staffs are really helpful and understanding.

I purchased a Jeep from these guys in September 2019 and what a joke, 2 days after driving off the lot the Jeep has electrical problems. They tried to charge me 1200 for a 200 part and even after them having the Jeep for a week the return it with no solution to the problem. Take it to Chrysler and it was just a plug not correctly mounted on the bottom of the Tipm. This vehicle has still had various other problems as well, most recently is the transmission has died -and I’ve only put on 7500km in 4 months. Stay away from this lot.

I got an okay deal on a car here a few weeks ago. But just make sure you watch how the paperwork for the warranty is filled out because mine was done incorrectly. Shorted me on the odometer reading and the duration of it. I was quoted a price of just over 4,000 but before I could even say anything the salesman replied that he had just purchased ten cars and needed to make room. So he would let me take it for 3,800 today. I asked if that included the taxes, fees and warranty his answer was "yes,yes,yes of course". Not once was it ever mentioned that the warranty was 3 months and not the year stated on the CarGurus advertisement
