He went above and beyond to help with this and I am very great full for his positivity and professionalism. He fixed my sink which was loose and leaking even though he isn't a plumber and didn't even charge me for that. Most important though is he restored a bit of my faith in humanity which is priceless. I have really been struggling to find help since I lost my leg so this was a huge difference and I will be forever grateful for his awesome help. You should definitely use him if you have any repairs needed
This person did not accurately diagnose my washing machine. He charged 85 for an inspection and quoted 800 to replace the control board, which was working perfectly fine. He also quoted 1200 for a installing a new machine. The machine was not displaying an error code, it was just needed to be reset. After resetting it (turning the breaker off and on) the machine worked fine - as if nothing was wrong with the machine. He should have know how to do a basic and simple diagnosis, instead of trying to make money has rip the customer off.
Great service and communication. Pricing is very competitive and fair, and the honesty in his advice is second to none. It's obvious he puts his customers needs ahead of his own, and that's rare to find nowadays. He also comes with a ton of experience and the resources to take care of your appliance problems. Wouldn't call anyone else for any of my applicance needs.
Our Washer had a leak, after closer inspection we found that there was a tear in the rubber gasket. We called Imran @ Liberty appliances. he came right on Time, he gave us basically his cost on the parts and was very reasonable with the labor as well. I'm more then confident to recommend his services and business to anyone that needs their appliances repaired without getting ripped Off by Sleazy repairmen.
