I am thoroughly impressed with Mark! He was able to not only help my parents refinance their mortgage quickly and professionally but he also cut my interest rate in half for a large line of credit. When I buy my own house at some point in the future I feel like it would be crazy not to use Mark again. I know when that time comes he will point me towards the best option irregardless of personal gain. We went to Mark for help refinancing our Mortgage in March of 2012. It was by far the most professional, knowledgeable and helpful assistance we could have imagined. He met with us in person, answered numerous emails, and even chatted online when we needed. He fully explained all our options, looking out for our needs and without bias. He made the process simple and enjoyable and in the end managed to drop our interest rate by almost 2% and our mortgage down by 500/month. We HIGHLY recommend Mark for all your mortgage needs!
Our bank informed me that our mortgage was coming up for renewal. They asked if I would like to renew and told us what rate would be available to us. I asked Mark if he could let us know what competitive rate he might be able to offer us. I have to say, I was seriously impressed by the speediness with which Mark responded. I knew this couldn't be the case, but felt like I was his only customer. He offered us a rate that was considerably better than our bank's. I went back to the bank and told them that I had been offered a better rate. The bank quickly agreed to match the rate. I felt badly telling Mark that we decided to stick with the bank (it was easier for us), but he was incredibly professional and understanding. This impressed me more than before. I felt that he genuinely had our best interests at heart. I would recommend Mark to anyone who might be looking for a mortgage--whether renewing an existing mortgage or entering into a brand new one. I am certain that will listen carefully to your needs and will work hard to get you the best rate. Plus he's a really nice guy with a beautiful little family.
