Arrived right on time and made me feel comfortable right away. As a person that does not know how to set up my new MacBook Air I found he was able to deal with all my issues. Can't remember a password or ID. Not a problem for someone working at their level. He did a great job of explaining all he was doing and answered all my questions. Got the Mac the printer and phone all working and put some simple notes together to guide me. The cost was reasonable and the offer to give him a call for free answers to questions and advice makes the bill very reasonable. It is great to find someone that I can rely on and know they will treat me well even if I am a computer dummy.

I have dealt twice with Satinder and his very professional staff at Onsite Geeks. In March 2019, I had an issue with the fan in my desktop overheating. One of the technicians picked up my machine at home, promptly I may add when the appointment was booked, delivered back to me a week later. Very satisfied with the work completed. Beginning of 2020, unfortunately I had a short circuit in the motherboard of the same machine, possibly a power surge as they advised me, their solution was to set me up with a refurbished system. As my desktop was older, this seemed a reasonable way to deal with it, very happy with everything they did. Great service, I would highly recommend this company.

I am very satisfied with the service I received from Monica from customer service and Aryan the technician who fixed my laptop. He had to take the laptop with him because it was taking too long to back up the data. My issues were resolved and I received my laptop back within two days.
