Steve didn't have the Palm Trees I needed in stock at the time (due to COVID)- however, he went out of his way to call me and let me know of another supplier who happened to have what I was looking for; even if it meant he wouldn't get the business. Steve has earned my trust and I hope to do business with him in the future. Well done, Steve!

Steve seems to be a bit lost today. Seems like he’s a bit confused about the cost, the quantity, the delivery, the timing and anything else that is related to buying and selling trees. He showed up an hour late to the yard. Had 10 or 15 people waiting on him and had no idea what he was doing. Everyone was pretty frustrated waiting for him as he walked around in circles trying to figure out where he was. I think there may be a personal health issue as it’s rare to see anyone operate a business lie this.
My beautiful 6 foot palm was delivered by Steve, the owner, personally. He was very helpful in all aspects of the installation and offered to come back and show me how to winterize my palm. I’m very happy with my tree and with the wonderful customer service I received from Steve. I highly recommend Steve and Palm Trees Canada to anyone considering the purchase of one of these beautiful, exotic garden centrepieces. Five stars for my beautiful palm tree and customer service. Thank you Steve owner of Palm Tree Canada for 3 Windmill Palm Trees. The Customer Service experience was outstanding, I have never met anyone like Steve that shows such passion in his work, and towards his customers, he made us feel like we knew him for years. He took time out to come to Surrey and explained to my husband and I on how to care for these beautiful trees and some landscaping advice. Owner is amazing! We bought a palm tree from a different company and had issues getting and detailed information on caring for the tree. Steve was very patient and helpful showing the trees and helping to choose a palm tree at the nursery. Everything went according the plan and the delivery was very fast. They also helped with installation and shared the information how to care about the palm tree
