I was looking for bedding for our motorhome. I had the opportunity to talk with a staff member about the sizing required for specific mattress sizes. I did not find exactly what I wanted as far as colours but I did appreciate the information I received and would go back to this store again.

I had the worst customer service experience here EVER. we were inside SHOPPING and the employees kept asking us to leave to make space for other customers outside waiting to come in. I have never seen such poor, extremely rude treatment from employees before in any store. No one has ever treated customers with such lack of respect. Unbelievable !!!! We were not having a picnic inside the store as I can remember we were trying to SHOP. Also, they rushed me into purchasing an expensive cover, FAILED to disclose there would be no exchange after, and then refused to accept their mistake when confronted. I have not used the cover and was still in store and they would not allow exchanges. In most major retail stores, exchanges after final sales are permitted and I believe they were misinformed. If that actually IS their policy, it's an unreasonable poor policy and I strongly recommend to stay away from this store. Jysk has the same quality of sheets with way better customer service and respectful staff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

The staff here were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They helped me chose the best solution for my bedding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Worst customer service ever by sonia. Rude and she does not know how to except her own mistake. I went there today and I had an exchange I asked her her to open a couple of duvet covers and she said she was unable to open them and that they were just supposed to be there. I asked another employee and she was able to hel. But this sonia person was controlling her, telling her what she can and can’t open. Very disappointed with this store today, they had this new duvet cover displayed behind the cashier, I asked her if I can see that and feel that. She said no it’s a display we can’t open it or you can’t feel it. I asked her how much it is and she did not even know her prices, she did not even know if the pillow sham is free with the cover I had to tell her but she works there. Because I’m brown she was showing me attitude. When I said I wanna exchange this for the other 50% off one with lots of attitude she said we can only do it one time and she said it was final sale. I asked her why and she said because they were exchanging it. I said when you buy something 50% off you can always exchange there is no such rule. More than 50% is final sale but 50% is not final. She could not even apologize for giving me the wrong information instead she showed me so much attitude. She needs to be more educated about the store, and needs to learn to treat her customers kindly. She can’t even accept her own mistakes. I would never go back to that store.
