I bought a Citizen Nighthawk watch from Rochells and I couldn't be more pleased. Amin, the owner, was kind enough to resize the band (as expected), but even add a magnifier to date indicator. Will certainly come again to expand my watch collection.

Google reviews has some ridiculous 1 's on here, so i felt i should leave mine. If you want the best possible service, try to come in on a day when the owner is there. He's genuine, informative and rather friendly. If he's not there, most of the staff are a great help, excluding 1 or 2 who have poor attitudes sadly. Overall my family and I like this jeweller and have bought from them periodically for many years now.

Purchased a Citizen watch there a couple of years ago, just last week I lost a strap pin, My wife went into the store to have the pin replaced. They sent her to the Batteries store around the corner. They did not have the pin also. My wife then went to another jewelry store just across the way and they replaced the pin in 10 minutes and only charged us 10.00. Very Poor service, what jewelry store do not replace a watch pin, come on. They lost my business over a 10.00 watch pin.

Found the owner (Amin) to be extremely condescending and worse but won't mention real thoughts towards his attitude. Not someone that I would give my business, and have heard others with worse experiences.

The Owner is really nice. He and his team helped me out to design a new ring from an old one my parents gave me years ago. I get allot of compliments on it when I wear it. I'm planning to go back to see them again soon to do more redesign work.

Worst jewellery STAY AWAY FROM THERE they are thieves we went there a month ago there was an east indian women was acting so polite we gave her our diamonds and when we returned some diamonds were missing she wanted to over charge us we filed a report with the police. If you value your jewellery do not step in this store!!!
