My favourite local fish store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, healthy and well kept livestock. One of the only places I see actually quarantine and treating new arrivals. Great variety too!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Helped us choose the right pet and appropriate gear to make them comfortable and healthy in our home. Prices are reasonable and the store has a large variety of items and price ranges to suit many tastes and budgets. Will surely return and recommend to friends

Purchased the marine land 10 gallon kit from here as a gift for my husband. The lady selling it to me made it very clear that they have a better return policy than Amazon and that I would have 30 days to return it. My husband set it up and the filter is very poor. It doesn’t circulate the water at all and it’s just better to build your own kit. When we called to return it they said that because it is used they would mark off a % . It doesn’t make sense because even Amazon accepts used products to be returned. 100 for this kind of filter and lighting, it’s just not worth it. They were very kind at the store so that’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1, but this should be clearly explained when you talk about how good of a return policy you have.

So just for reference, even though their own website says they will take returns with receipt OR proof of purchase, they do not honour anything other than the receipt. My daughter purchased a fish that died 2 days later and we offered a bank statement as proof of purchase because she had lost the receipt, along with the fish body but , they refused to help us. No receipt no return maybe they should change their website
