The girl working in front who has trouble speaking English should not be working here or anywhere that involves customer interaction. First of all, learn to speak the common tongue in Canada. Secondly, learn the rules of UPS. You have a UPS check point located at your business yet your employee does not know the simple rules? I was turned back as she said I needed a notice to get my package which is completely wrong. I called UPS and they informed me all I need is my tracking #. Why did you waste my time? You shouldn't be working anywhere as you lack common sense.
