Service is lacking, if you don't buy you get attitude. Not as friendly as Metrotown or downtown locations. There I feel more welcome.

Haven't been in a while but it seems management changed. The manager appears to be the lady that's not in any staff clothing. I was confused upon entering when she greeted me because she was just wearing a denim jacket and I thought she was a customer. It made for an uncomfortable shopping experience the whole time she was eyeing me and asking if I needed help twice. Felt like a privately owned mom and pop.

As everyone knows there is a pandemic going on called covid 19 or corona virus and measures need to be taken to stop the spread. I have been well aware of that since March! Never did expect such a rude greeting from your employee that was very unwelcoming; upon entering the store she yelled at me to not to touch anything, that she could grab the product for me.

This is a small little shop of bath products and creams. Men's section is limited to 3% of the entire shop. You also get some home scents. The good thing is that if you bring back 5 empty bottles of anything you buy here, they give you CAD 10 rewards. Not sure how long the offer would last.

Incredible customer service at this location. The manager was very helpful and communicated well with her team of employees on how to deal with a tricky transaction. Staff are well informed about products, sales and very friendly! Despite being in a very busy mall, the shopping experience here is always very pleasant. Thank you to all staff here and I will certainly be coming back.
