From the time you are greeted to when you are seated in the CHAIR you know you have come to the right place. Dr. Thakore and her assistant put you at ease and are so personable. Everything is explained step by step with patience and calmness. I've had as much as a 3 hour session and I can tell you it has been challenging but I have never felt any pressure or felt rushed. As a patient you can trust you are in good hands and are getting the best care and advice for your dental needs from all the staff. Peace to all. Lynn Flitney

Have you ever looked in the mirror AFTER visiting a dentist to see a broken tooth? After visiting this office, I can say I have! Absolute WORST experience at any dental office ever. On my first visit they aggressively cleaned my teeth so hard it was painful. Then, after telling me how lucky I was to have such nice teeth and importing x-rays from my previous dentist they decided to take more (charge more ). When the head dentist came over to inspect my teeth, she also commented on how nice they were and couldn't identify any problems. Imagine my horror looking into the mirror when I woke-up the next morning to see half of my front tooth missing? I immediately called the office and they booked me in to fix it. They never apologized AND charged me for fixing something THEY CAUSED. Stay far away from these money grubbing thieves. They are out to steal your money at any cost, including breaking your perfect teeth to make a buck.

if I could I wouldn't even rate them 1 I would give 0 . Earlier today I had a phone call from the Dental Group at Central City pertaining to a bill that I had told them that I would come in last week to pay I proceeded to tell the office manager that I was unable to come last week to pay it but I would come on Thursday and make a payment in full she proceeded to threaten me and telling me how I was lucky that they didn't send my bill to collections , and how she could have put interest on it if she wanted too. Might I add when my daughter had gone to the dentist they had told me that she was fully covered you don't check somebody's insurance and then proceeded to tell them that it's covered and then send them a bill and expect them to have that money on hand right away. I proceeded to tell the office manager that I would no longer be going to the Dental Group at Central City and that she needs to remove all of my family members from the Dental Group at Central City and I would be paying her in full. If this is a representation at Central city Dental Group you might want to take a look at your office manager.

I had a toothache from one of my wisdom teeth. I was in pain and needed assistant right away. My original dentist wouldn't take me in, but gave me suggestions on other dentists. I called this location and they were able to take me in almost right way. i got x-rays and set up an appointment to get my tooth removed. I was thrilled to know that they knew my situation and got me in as soon as they could. Very friendly. Highly recommend them!!!

I went for teeth cleaning with my daughter, it was her first visit with a dentist. I knew they would be great with her but they were beyond my expectations - provided an educational video, let her play with a dino and brushed his teeth, gave a goody bag with teeth care supplies and stickers. One of the staff members took the time to play with her while I was getting my teeth cleaned. My husband and I have been going to Dr Sebastian for our dental care for years - never been disappointed. Always excellent quality care. Not to mention the office is beautiful and the staff is really nice. I always recommend him to my friends and family.

Dr Chris Shon is amazing in my whole dental life !! Very compassionate, professional, patient, listening to all my concerns first, making sure the right problem tooth and do follow up. I don't even feel his needling me, I can go for a nap. Most important of all, he truly treats me like a REAL HUMAN!! Feel my pain as his!! I don't know what to do without his dental care for me!! Exceptional!!
