Fantastic team to work with! Always quick to answer emails and very accommodating with any of our requests. Steven has such a positive energy! Our CSR, Sarah is so friendly, fun and amazing to work with. I always look forward to delivery days so I get to see her, she brings a great energy to our office every week. We have had nothing short of an awesome experience with Thirst First and we look forward to many more great times! :)

For a busy short staffed office with no supplies manager, having thirstfirst come out and handle all the little things was really handy! Steven is responsive to any and all changes, especially with delivery changes over covid shutdowns. Eric always has a smile when he comes into the office for deliveries. We wish for some more variety in the K-cups but service is great.
