I have an older OKI that was starting to print with streaks on the edge of the paper. I called Uptown and Adam came by. and In 2 seconds he diagnosed the problem as a drum going bad. Adam didn't have the parts with him so as I have a second identical working printer he suggested taking the drum set out of it and putting it in mine. They are worth 200. When I asked him how much for his time he said nothing. He obviously knows what he's doing. With service like his I'll buy his supplies and printer services anytime.
