I bought \kadhai\ of verka brand which went rusty after only one use. When I called the shop they tried to put it on me saying \you might have used steal wool or left in water\. I mean it is supposed to be washed in water please give a good reason at least. Then I started checking further to report verka. I saw a lot of bad reviews here from people and I totally believe them. Some people got reply after 4 years \could we please have your contact to check further \ bro really? Companies spend a lot of money for quality control and you are thinking consumer should give you reviews and then you gonna fix it? I am reporting this company, I don't accept bad customer service at all. After your reply I am writing this here because I think you don't know that we can't reply to your reply. This is not Facebook. I have already contacted the person who is wholesaler of verka and now I will be infroming Consumer Protection BC and Better Business Bureau. I already wasted my time informing the retailer I bought from. Now I have given the seller the information and time to solve this issue, according to the process of BBB it was my responsibility to let the business know about the situation. I already knew the dont want to help me, and I know you asked for the information only. Now you know your product has issues you will fix it or the shop I bought it from will stop ordering it. Customer is not your quality control guy, if you running a business you should know it. I hope you fix your company because I am not using verka ghee anymore after experiencing this and reading a lot of the reviews in this thread. People are getting insects in their food. What safety measure might look like I can imagine. Thanx for your efforts to inform me what kadhai difference is iron coating and blah blah.
Terrible Service don't recommend this store at all. We bought a munja from this company and when we opened it, it was broken we tried to exchange it for another one but they refused blaming us that we broke it. We weren't even asking for the money back just an exchange but they refused. We spent more then a 100 to get a broken thing and at the end they can't even take it back, working in customer service I know you have to take the stuff if the product is damaged but really disappointed in there service. Once again I would never recommend this place. I don't feel comfortable sharing my contact info on here so if you could give a number or email where I can contact you at and who I would be talking to?
I bought Namak Para and Spicy Para from Walmart and they were so delicious. Even my children liked them so much. I would highly recommend these products to everyone
I tried Suji Rusk, Cashew and Pistachio cookies and really liked both the products.. I highly recommend these products
