Had a synthetic oil change done on Saturday, it is a first come first serve basis but you can walk up to Fresh Cravings on Scott road while you wait. The staff very pleasant and they do complete check over unlike the dealership Sukhi Bath. I highly recommend and will definitely have it done there again !!!! The best value as well.

That didn't just happen.
Very bad experience. Had to wait 2.5 hrs with 2 small children & pregnant, even though the employee who booked us in a week in advance said they won’t take long because we have small children. Then when driving home the car was shaking and tons of clunking noises. Was very unsafe driving and we had to drive over the bridge. My husband had to drive back and they told us to hurry because they are almost closed. Worst customer service. Ontop of that I felt the east Indian manager with a turbin took customers that came in after us that were also East Indian first that is why it took them 2.5 hrs for them to put tires on our car. Felt discriminated against. Will never go Again
i went there for full synthetic oil change. but they put conventional oil and filter ph7313 instead of xg7313. and charge me for synthetic oil. i had to give one star otherwise they don’t deserve it.
