I got a great rate and a good deal on my trade in. They were all so honest and helpful. I love how they were able to explain everything and not hide things. Overall, very satisfied with the customer service. Very friendly staff. We were greeted with smiles on both days we came in. Shawn was exceptionally great! I think he went above and beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the brand and took the time to answer all our questions and even discuss other things and not just about trying to make a sale. He’s very personable and genuine in regards to his input and it made me feel confident that I could take his word. I didn’t feel rushed nor pressured. He guaranteed I’d be leaving with a smile. Definitely delivered on his promises and we got the vehicle on my birthday! It was a nice surprise to see a giant bow on our new vehicle. Even after the purchase was finalized he still continued his comradeship and answered more questions. It was a big milestone for my growing family being our 1st family vehicle and he made the entire experience memorable. Thank you Shawn! Ema-Lee from Wolfe Mitsubishi was extremely kind and helpful! I did not purchase a car here but was interested in buying from a private seller who claimed to have work done at the shop here. Emma-Lee still took the time to help me confirm the work that was done, which was invaluable to my experience! If I ever end up buying a Mitsubishi it will either be from here or serviced here, or both!
My experience was great! I would highly recommend Wolfe Mitsubishi :) I went in with a specific budget and I was not pushed to go over, they found the perfect car that worked for me! Everyone is so welcoming and treats you like family; if you are looking for a great car and great service please ask for Ali, he explained everything so thoroughly and was wonderful to work with! checked in for my regular SUV maintenance, staff are super friendly and makes you feel welcome. Car wash and vacuum are always free so I avail them every time I come visit. Parking is hard at times but fortunately someone is always leaving the parking lot and I take their spot but for the next guy I usually see them double park and wait. Ronda and Shelby are my favorite staff they are always helpful and informative in giving the information about the work done on my vehicle and what I should expect on my next scheduled maintenance. They also have a cozy waiting area where you can watch cable TV, connect to their free wifi, read car magazines or just have coffee or tea which is also free. Washroom is clean and tidy which is just beside the waiting area making it a plus. Overall good experience every time and most of my maintenance are free of charge especially for recalls and some minor issues I am having with my vehicle. They also offer free shuttle service if you intend to do other things instead of waiting so that you can do errands or need to be somewhere. Their drivers are courteous and super nice. I have two Mitsubishi vehicles I bring here for maintenance and I am always happy with the service I get and I highly recommended them.
I purchased a brand new Outlander in 2019.. from dealing with negotiations, financing, and servicing Nd parts since then has been great. I would 10/10 recommend Wolfe to everyone!!
This is the third Mitsubishi I purchased from Wolfe Langley Mitsubishi. Lance has been amazing each time! Todd the manager was very easy to deal with fair and took the time with me to ensure I was valued as a customer. Shawn was fantastic at spending the time to go over the new vehicle in detail! The business department was quick and efficient and the service department I have had the pleasure of building an awesome relationship over the last 8 years. I know when Rhonda lets me know something is required it truly is! The service department is the glue to this amazing family. Thank you Wolfe Langley Mitsubishi for another addition to my large Mitsubishi family of vehicles.
Went to test drive some electric cars. Ali was super helpful and welcoming, he let me try everything that I wanted. Then he suggested that for my needs a PHEV would work better. I tried it out and loved it! I took a couple days to think about it and there was no pressure, just a pleasant experience. I came back a few days later and took it for an hour long test drive just to make sure it was the right vehicle for me. I was happy with everything in the end. Purchased a PHEV and couldn't be more excited! I could not recommend Ali more! Funny guy really personable.
