This place has me shook! It was an amazing experience working with the team at Zuri Designs. And I say working with because they actually involved me in the creative process and I was always updated with the progress. The alterations were a breeze as the team stepped up to help me out free of charge— I mean, who does that these days? Honestly, the final masterpiece turned out so beautiful and I got compliments all around. You keep shining on, girls!!!

Custom ordered some outfit from zuri. Had a amazing experience. They were very attentive to my ideas and gave me lots of options. Responded to messages and calls in a timely manner and kept me updated about the progress of the order. Went the extra mile by dropping off my outfits to my house as I couldn’t come to pick them up. Highly highly recommend these guys. Can’t wait to place my next order.
Zuri is good for overcharging customers and over-promising on their abilities. Otherwise, it’s a terrible establishment and how they are in business is beyond me. Punctuality, customer service, and showing up to appointments on time with the outfits we were promised weeks ago does not exist. We are currently sitting in their store waiting for outfits that are lost and having our own party take oufits to a seamstress to have them fixed. The wedding is tomorrow. The owner Mindy is suddenly out of the country. She sent in a worker who doesn’t know what’s going on. No texts or calls are being answered. The best solution we were given was to “drive to the owner’s sister’s house” to find our suits. Highly recommend others to go elsewhere for their outfits.
Mindy and her team were by far the worst vendor we dealt with during our wedding. They seem inexperienced with large orders and their organization is poor. I am writing this review while I am in their shop the day before my wedding. Zuri is three weeks late from their commitment date and has lost three groomsmen outfits which they cannot find. I would reccomend that you go with any other shop.
Unfortunately even though I had one good experience here, the second one went so poorly that I would never recommend this store. Their off the rack stuff is original and good quality and they had my alterations done quickly. However having custom made outfits was a disaster. We ordered a sangeet outfit for my husband and wedding day outfits for our large bridal party. The sangeet outfit came out so wrong that we had to go buy something off the rack from another store the day before to do damage control. The bridal party outfits ended up being the wrong colours, wrong print, and to make matters worse the DAY BEFORE the wedding a number of them were inexplicably missing. Customer service was horrible, the outfits were no where to be found and even though we were promised same day alterations the tailor was completely blindsided when we brought them over to her. Although Mindy would reply to my messages semi quickly I now realize they were all just vague excuses to appease me at the time. The day before my wedding was ruined by this store’s poor organization and communication. I was entirely disappointed with them in the end. As a new store with young designers I was expecting so much more from them.
Ordered my wedding clothes from here...was a smooth process....staff were attentive to any changes my family wanted to make....took care of the alterations in a timely manner.....definitely will be using them again for my next family events...highly recommend!!
It is the day before my sister's wedding. We were told to come at 11am. The wedding party showed up at 11. No one came until 12pm. Once someone actually came , some of the groomsman outfits are missing. The owners are both no where to be found. Not responding to calls or texts. The wedding is tomorrow morning. We are currently delaying pre wedding events while waiting in the store. This is the worst customer service . In a city with so many other options, Zuri should not be in anyone's radar
I do not recommend this boutique. My order did not arrive on time and I had to rush and buy other outfits. One of my suits didn’t even come in the correct colours I chose. The designer wasted 2 weeks before asking me to pick fabrics and the didn’t start making them until after the scheduled pick up date. They are misleading and deceitful.
