From their initial visit to our needs after completely upgrading our access control system, Surveillance Secure and their amazing staff have been available to help with everything from hardware issues to answering questions for our residents and staff. Every Surveillance Secure employee that worked on our site, either remotely or in-person, conducted themselves professionally, politely, and had the knowledge and skill to do their job correctly and answer any questions we had. 5 Stars across the board
