Location and showroom is pretty good, sales advisor were not very well informed or attentive and definitely have scope for improvement. There has been no follow up call post visit.

Looks like Nissan didn't come out of the slumber yet / hasn't yet made up their minds to do proper car's business in India. The dealer's don't respond, none of the showroom numbers won't reach any human, goes on hold & waiting. Only prompt thing I see on all review is they put a stupid canned response to call their Toll-free or email to them. So, I called toll-free number; that also went on hold for 40mins(will go on had I continued) with stupid music & I had to disconnect. Wake-up jerks!!!

Spent one hour driving to this location only to find myself in the mid of a clogged lane. Surya Nissan - are you listening? Looks like I am not the only one and the wrong location has been like this for several months!!. Please update.

the showroom is not even interested in selling cars. i had made a request for test drive. as i did not even receive a call from the showroom, i had called them. the response i received was 'there are no cars here in this showroom' Later i received continuous calls from the showroom just to ask name and other details (that are already filled in the online checklist they have). but no one from sales team will call. there is only multiple enquiry's made. If this is the case before buying a car, then you can imagine if it is worth spending lakhs and buying a car from them. My advise is dont waste money, the service definitely going to be irresponsible. response to owners comments thanks for your response. Im sorry, if i have to contact customer care or write an email to make your team do their responsibility, then it sad.
