Jessica was absolutely fantastic... She was very sweet and fun to talk to and did my hair exactly how I wanted it.. she even did my 4year old daughters hair... Everyone there was very friendly and welcoming.... Thank you ladies for everything you do and keeping us beautiful and refreshed in this weird time we r in.

This place is amazing; it has a little bit of everything. From styling to massage to facials to manicures and more. Plan on getting manicure and pedicure package gift certificate. The place is clean and beautiful and they sell the products they use right in the store.

Susan's Salon is a homey, multi-service salon in Alexandria. It is consistently kept clean and always looks organized. Employees contribute to a warm and welcoming environment. I went in for a mani & pedi with Genese. She knows how to pamper and glam a girl up! She listens to my requests, takes her time, and I always end up loving the look of my nails. Pictures of shellac nails she's done for me from previous visits attached. I love having the salon in our community! I absolutely recommend their services to anyone preparing for a special event or just to treat yourself.
