My wife and I purchased a new Keyocera printer, copier, scanner, fax, from these fine folks. no issues whatsoever, the office staff were very helpful as we shopped and asked questions, Neil helped with our selection, Seanne did an outstanding job with home delivery and set up, and walking us through the machine. Very well mannered, attentive to questions, overall. we would highly recommend the store and staff for your needs. Thank You so much.

Neil, Ron and his crew down at Forest Office Equipment are all very helpful and knowledgable in the printing and design industry. They have high quality copiers and office supplies. Recommend to anyone who is looking to have printing done or new office supplies.
Great customer service. I cant wait for my new printer :)
I've gone to Forest Office for many years. They've printed out all sorts of things for me as well as for our church. Not only the quality is superb, but their customer service is the best.
17 November 2009 Mr. Ron Rebell Forest Office Equipment 720 Main St Susanville, CA 96130 Dear Mr Rebell: On Tuesday, 17 November 2009 at around 10 am I visited Forest Office Equipment. Over the last thirteen years, I have been very happy with the excellent service and fine products at your store. Your staff is unfailingly polite and helpful. However, on this day, I needed to print a Pdf file, something which I had done several times before at your shop. Imagine my surprise when your employee said, “Oh, we don’t do that anymore”. It was even more surprising because I could see a computer sitting on the table behind your male employee. Is this true? You don’t print Pdf files for customers? Why not? Local businesses constantly complain that we don’t buy locally. Well, the reason I buy locally is for good service and personal attention. By eliminating a service -- printing Pdf files -- you are again reinforcing the notion that “you can’t get anything done in Susanville... better to go to Reno.” So, I am asking that you reconsider your policy of not printing Pdf files for customers. For the minor amount of hassle it causes you, it greatly adds to the good will and good feelings of customers who visit your store. Thank you for listening. Jeff Zekas
